do you get paid for your reviews?

NO. We do not nor have we EVER charged for a product review. We never accept payment for a review nor do we accept payment for “our time”. Despite the narrative perpetrated by some in the community, we have never accepted payment for a review.

We welcome your interest in having your product reviewed! To submit your product for review consideration, please use the CONTACT FORM to get the conversation started.

A few things to consider: On average we spend at least one to two weeks evaluating a product prior to scheduling. Occasionally, schedule conflicts arise and adjustments need to be made. For this reason, we do not guarantee specific review dates. If timing is sensitive, we encourage you to coordinate with us in advance. Please plan for your review sample to be with us for a minimum of 60 days. You are responsible for all shipping arrangements and fees.

Products sent to Andrew Robinson for review are not guaranteed a review on the channel. While a rare occurrence, if after evaluation we determine a product is not a good fit, we may decide not to review the product in a video.

We do not share reviews with a brand or manufacturer in advance of the publication date. There are no exceptions.

COLLABORATIONS + Sponsorships

Occasionally, we collaborate with brands to bring new content to the channel and our viewers. We always disclose any partnerships where we receive financial compensation.

REVIEW SAMPLES

Yes, we receive product samples for review and would not have a channel without them. This does not mean that we get to keep every review sample sent to us. 95% of all review samples go back to the manufacturer immediately following a review. There are a few exceptions where we may arrange for an item to stay on a extended loan basis or we purchase the item outright. We are in no way obligated to review a sample sent to us and anything we feature is done so because we genuinely believe the product warrants a review and/or will bring some value to the community.

AFFILIATE LINKS

One of the ways the channel continues to operate at a higher standard is through affiliate links. This means when you click on a link and purchase an item, we may receive a small commission from that purchase. These commissions in no way affect the price you pay, the channel’s content or our opinions.

VIEWER QUESTIONS

While we do our level best to engage with our viewers regularly on our YouTube, with nearly 300,000 subscribers, we are unable to respond to everyone.
