HOW DO I GET MY PRODUCT ON YOUR CHANNEL?

Thank you so much for considering us to review your product! We value your time and consideration and are always excited to check out new, interesting products. Since we only do one review a week, space on our calendar is limited. No matter the brand, every product is evaluated using the same standards.

  • What is your Fee? We do not charge for a review or for our “time.”

  • Evaluation Process: We typically take 1-2 weeks to do a preliminary evaluation before committing to a review. We kindly ask you to plan for your product to be with us for 60 to 90 days. This timeframe can vary depending on the season and the complexity of the product. We strive to put forth the most complete and fair review possible, and our goal is always to get your product back to you as quickly as possible.

  • Is a Review Guaranteed? Sending a product does not guarantee a review on the channel. While rare, if we decide your product is not a good fit, we will contact you to arrange its return.

  • Review Scheduling: While we do our best to accommodate scheduling requests, we cannot guarantee specific publication dates. If your product is time-sensitive, please plan ahead and communicate your needs with us.

  • Shipping: You are responsible for shipping your product to us and arranging its return. This includes providing any necessary labels and scheduling pickups. You are responsible for all shipping costs.

  • Brand Involvement: We welcome any helpful details about your product, but we ask that you avoid sharing other product reviews with us so we can draw our own conclusions. If we experience any issues (e.g., the product arrives damaged or isn’t performing as expected), we will notify you immediately. To maintain our independence, we do not share reviews with brands or manufacturers before publication; this policy is firm.

ARE YOU PAID FOR YOUR REVIEWS?

NO. We do not charge for product reviews, nor have we ever charged for them. Despite the narrative some in the community continue to perpetrate, we have never accepted payment to review a product.

REVIEW SAMPLES

We receive product samples for review, and without them, we wouldn’t have a channel. However, this doesn’t mean we keep every review sample we receive. In fact, about 95% of all review samples are returned to the manufacturer immediately after the review. There are a few exceptions where we might arrange an extended loan for an item or purchase it outright. We are not obligated to review any sample sent to us; we only feature products that we genuinely believe deserve a review and will provide value to our community.

AFFILIATE LINKS

One of the ways the channel continues to operate at a higher standard is through affiliate links. This means when you click on a link and purchase an item, we may receive a small commission from that purchase. These commissions in no way affect the price you pay, the channel’s content or our opinions.

VIEWER QUESTIONS

While we do our best to engage with our viewers regularly on YouTube, with nearly 400,000 subscribers, we are unable to respond to everyone. We are always most active in the comments on publication days (Fridays & Sundays).
