JBL vs Klipsch Which Speaker Is Better?
JBL vs Klipsch - Which Speaker is Better?
Shortly after reviewing Klipsch’s Heresy IV loudspeaker viewers and readers like you began flooding my inbox and the comments section asking me to compare the JBL L100 Classic against the Klipsch Heresy IV. More than any other video requested you wanted to know: JBL vs Klipsch - Which Speaker is Better?
While it is not typically my cup of tea to shoot-out to competing products head-to-head in a winner take all fashion, for I don’t feel it’s fair as what is “best” is often subjective or determined by who’s doing the listening. Still, the fans asked for it and so I wasn’t going to deny them so let the comparison begin.
Comparing the JBL L100 Classic and Klipsch Heresy IV
In a little over a year’s time the L100 Classic has continued to be among my all-time favorite loudspeakers. It’s just a lot of fun and a speaker that reminds you of the joy you’re supposed to feel when listening to music or watching movies. Are there more analytical or technical loudspeakers out there? Sure. But few that are as approachable and as fun to listen to as the L100 Classic.
The Heresy IV on the other hand is a borderline all-new speaker for Klipsch. Sure it retains the Heresy name, but through and through its a new, more refined animal. The sound from the Heresy IV is so effortlessly engaging that it simply makes every listening session last just a little longer than originally intended. Moreover, in direct comparison to the L100 Classic the Heresy IV just seems that much more natural and transparent to the source, bringing you that much closer to the artist and music you love.
